These products are developed in accordance with the principles of traditional and modern aromatherapy and are part of a holistic wellness approach, including physical, emotional and sensory dimensions.
It is expressly stated that the products offered do not constitute medicines, medical devices or therapeutic treatments in any way.
Certain products (massage oils, skin mists, and topical formulations) fall under the definition of cosmetic products as defined by Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 when marketed to customers in the European Union. For these products and markets, OYABI KAMA undertakes to designate a Responsible Person established in the European Union, to compile the corresponding Product Information File, and to submit the required notifications (CPNP portal) before placing them on the European market. The labeling of these products includes the mandatory information required by this regulation (list of ingredients, precautions for use, and contact details of the Responsible Person).

Any return request must be subject to prior agreement from OYABI KAMA.
